Has some great functions but is missing some
I rated this a 3 star for the following:
Cons:
- The water bottle is sometimes hard to slide up to the correct spot if its between the lines
- The app counts all liquids as part of water intake and thats not accurate. Ex: you can drink 20 oz of water but when you drink coffee, coffee depletes your water and is considered a beverage with dehydrating factors due to the caffeine content. In essence, beverages like coffee should decrease a persons water intake, not increase
Pros:
- the water level is higher (128 for pregnant women) and I love that because most apps limit the total water intake and is much lower than someone who is pregnant and/or working out need. If youre in a warmer climate, you need more water. So I enjoy that this app considers the pregnant factor.
- simple setup
- many alerts/reminders that are customizable
- ability to edit input
